Earned Riding Time: Complete 3 STALLS WELL: muck, hay bags, water buckets and/or cobwebbing stalls
Service Description
Who can join? 🌟 Current students 🌟 Riders who’ve taken semi-regular lessons within the last 6 months 🌟 Riders who haven’t been away more than 3 consecutive months (These guidelines are for rider + horse safety 🧠🐎) How it works: Before riding time is earned, riders must: 🧹 Complete 3 stalls WELL 🧺 FILL hay bags (for those 3) 🚿 Scrub water buckets (of the 3) when weather allows, otherwise help cobweb said stall ✅ Work must be checked and approved immediately after. Once approved, riders earn: 🐎 Up to 90 minutes of ride time (at least an hour depends on how long day runs) ⏱ Ride time can be used that Saturday or the following week (based on your availability) Good to know: 💪 This is a learning & fitness opportunity — not a lesson 🐴 Riding is earned through quality care (rushing chores won’t count if not done well!) 🚦 Riding privileges may be reduced or removed if standards aren’t met. Those who've been here no what I reasonably expect from a stall. No white glove inspections, just get all of the pee and sift the clean bedding until the poop is gone. Down to the mat and preferably piled in the middle. Happy to train. ❤️ Perfect for riders who want to put in the work and gain real experience.

Cancellation Policy
Lesson Policies – Please Read Before Enrolling- Your FULL packet will be emailed to you. Payments & Refunds: Refunds are not offered in most situations and are always at instructor discretion. Dismissal from the program due to behavior does not entitle a refund. A valid card must be kept on file. Clients without a card on file will be required to pay their final month in advance (effective 8/1/2025 for new students). A 30-day notice (30+ days from the next due date) is required to stop lessons without charge. Invoices are due on or before the 1st; lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received. Repeated late payments or declined cards will result in removal from the program. Lesson Structure (Privates): Monthly payment secures a recurring weekly spot when lessons are operating, not a guaranteed four lessons per month. Lessons are 45 minutes altogether with the instructor, not a full hour for private lessons. Missed lessons are not guaranteed a replacement and may be forfeited. Scheduling & Attendance: Lessons cannot be booked or changed less than 20 hours in advance, even if the system allows it. Rotating or frequently changing schedules cannot be accommodated. Consistent attendance is expected; missing more than one lesson per month or canceling within 24 hours results in no makeup or refund except in true emergencies at instructor discretion. Cancellations & Makeups: One reschedule per month is allowed for weekly students with 24+ hours notice. Additional makeups or reschedules are at instructor discretion. Missed lessons do not roll over and are subject to availability. Holidays, Weather & Communication: Rates are based on a 42-week year, accounting for holidays and weather breaks. We do not operate every winter week but aim for at least 3 of 4 lessons during difficult months. Breaks are announced at least 6 weeks in advance. Updates are posted via Facebook, the website/app group, email, and the barn bulletin board. Clients are responsible for staying informed. Emergencies: Handled at instructor discretion. Full policies are provided in the welcome letter. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Please ask questions before signing up.
