Service Description

Due to the complexity of our program and our ever growing waitlist, we want your first experience to be built around your introduction to the farm and getting a sense of your experience and comfort. All clients with specialty needs, trauma informed coaching, ptsd and other issues who need a more experienced instructor are welcome to book their evaluation with Hannah at a higher rate. Dawn will transfer all riders to Hannah that need her level of skill, both instructors work closely together. To be in groups or moved into subscription pricing, an evaluation lesson is required. This first visit is about 30 percent riding, while the rest is going over saftey .

Cancellation Policy

No reschedules makeups outside the discretion of the instructor. YOUR PAYMENT HOLDS YOUR PLACE- it doesn't promise a lesson every week, if you cannot make your scheduled time there maybe nowhere else to put you. You are able to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, but no more than a month ahead. I will post on Facebook when it is updated. Our rates are based off a 42 week calendar, with holidays and vacations considered. You are entitled to 1 makeup a month IF scheduling allows, lesson may have to be forfeited based on availability. Packages do not rollover. Students cannot miss more than 20% of lessons routinely, students canceling within 24 hours for private and no makeup is given regardless of circumstances. Group students can plug in as room allows. You are responsible for paying to hold your spot and rescheduling yourself. Emergencies are at instructors' discretion, full policy will be sent to your email in a welcome letter.
