Sign up for your ride time! This is to keep the barn safe and flowing. There is never promise of sole use of arena, unless it is reserved in advance through Hannah. Up to 3 riders at a time may book. If your times overlap (riding 2-3:30) then book both the 2pm and 3pm hour so the arena doesn't get overcrowded. Time must be reserved or you will need to wait if arena is full, you can reschedule and cancel as late as FOUR(4) hours in advance, if you do not use your scheduled time, and do not cancel or reschedule in time, you may forfeit your ride time for that week. You may reschedule or rebook once only per session, and cannot book more than your paid for lease (1-3x a week) in a week, rides do not roll over unless reapproved. Each Sunday starts a new week for our horses work and we like to space out their workload. You cannot book missed sessions the week prior, if you must miss due to travel or emergency arrangements can be made ahead of time. In general, riders do not need to utilize the arena for more than 90 minutes. If weather allows there is outside, also lessors can ride with lessons of 2 students or LESS but must not disrupt or distract from the lesson and must ride with the instructors flow.
