Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is -no reschedules makeups outside the discretion of the instructor. You are entitled to 1 makeup a month IF scheduling allows, lesson may have to be forfeited based on availability. Packages do not rollover. Students cannot miss more than 20% of lessons routinely, students canceling within 48 hours for private and 24 for a group count against student, and no makeup is given regardless of circumstances. Emergencies are at instructors' discretion, however even an emergency may not be forgiven if it's within 2 hours of the lessons.
